Appearance
Account, company, and inbox
These areas manage personal preferences, organization context, and internal notifications. They are not form-design tools, and several actions can affect access, billing, identity, or other people.
My Account
Open My Account to review your profile, plan usage, and personal preferences. Available actions can include profile preferences, notification preferences, language settings, custom settings, audit logs, password change, subscription/customer portal, and sign out.
Safe procedure
- Open My Account.
- Review plan usage and profile information without changing it.
- Change personal settings only when you are the authorized account holder and understand the outcome.
- Use password, subscription, customer-portal, and platform-migration actions only with the relevant account/billing owner’s approval.
The account page also exposes quick actions for managing the profile, custom settings, language, email preferences, and audit logs. Plan usage is shown alongside the current subscription, including forms, responses, notifications, storage, files, and subuser-account limits.
My Company
Open My Company only when you administer the organization. Company controls may affect members, groups, roles, permissions, and other organization-wide settings.
Only company administrators should change users, groups, or permissions. Review current settings before making an approved change.
See My Company administration for the complete section and action inventory.
My Inbox
Use My Inbox to review internal notifications. It supports filtering by subject/title, group/recipient context, and notification type such as submission notification, approval, payment, or human task.
Live inbox controls
The live inbox presents a table with Id, Subject, To, and Date columns. The toolbar includes:
- a subject search box with the placeholder Search email subject;
- an expandable filter panel with a title/subject field, recipient selector, notification-type selector, and filter action;
- message actions that appear when a message is opened: Back to inbox, print, and mark as unread.
The recipient filter offers [Me and my groups], [Me only], and the available groups. The notification-type filter offers [Any type], System, New submission, Approval, Payment, and Human task.
When no messages match a filter, the inbox displays a “could not find what you’re looking for” empty state. With no messages at all, it displays an “Your inbox is empty” state. Treat messages as potentially sensitive and open, print, mark, forward, or delete them only when authorized.
- Open My Inbox.
- Search or filter only for the specific non-sensitive test notification you need to verify.
- Read the notification preview and verify its recipient, subject, and expected action.
- Do not forward, reply, print, or alter notification status unless you are authorized and it is necessary for the task.

Help and Feedback entry points
The live Help page provides three destinations:
- Request help via Support form — opens the support contact form at
abcsubmit.com/site/contact-us/. - User Manual — opens/downloads the product manual PDF.
- API documentation — opens the public REST API documentation page.
The live Feedback route currently renders the Feedback shell without a visible submission form in the editor workspace. If feedback controls become available in a later build, review the message for sensitive data before submitting it.
