Net Promoter field

Use Net Promoter for a recommendation-style score on its fixed 1–10 scale.

Example: recommend-us question

1. Select Fields > Survey > Net Promoter.
2. Open Edit and write a specific question, such as How likely are you to recommend our service to a colleague?.
3. Set the low-end label to Not at all likely and the high-end label to Extremely likely.
4. Do not set a default score for an opinion question.
5. Preview and select values at both ends and in the middle of the scale.

Expected result

The respondent sees an unambiguous 1–10 recommendation scale with meaningful end labels.
