Share a form link

Use Publish > Share when respondents should open the form at its direct link.

Steps

1. Complete the form configuration and test it in Preview.
2. Open Publish and select Quick share.
3. Select Open in new tab to inspect the respondent URL, or Copy Link to copy it for an approved communication channel.
4. Open the link in a private/incognito window and submit non-sensitive test data.
5. Verify the confirmation/redirect, notifications, security restrictions, and any tracking/analytics policy before distributing the link.

Share options

The Share method also offers social sharing options. Use them only when the form is intended to be public; social sharing can expose the URL broadly.

Expected result

The direct link opens the intended form for an unauthenticated/ordinary respondent according to its security settings.
