Add an HTML link to a form

Use the HTML Link embed option when a host page should provide a normal link that opens the form.

Steps

1. Open Publish > Embed.
2. Find the HTML Link section and choose Show Code.
3. Set the intended target frame in the displayed options. A new/blank frame preserves the host page for the visitor.
4. Copy the generated code.
5. Paste it into an approved staging page using the website’s normal content-change process.
6. Select the link in a private/incognito browser window and test the resulting form journey.

Expected result

The host page displays a normal accessible link that opens the correct form in the configured target. The link text should make the destination clear; do not use vague text such as Click here.
