Google Sheets integration

Use Google Sheets to send a form response to an approved spreadsheet.

1. Select Integrations > Google Sheets and connect the authorized Google account.
2. Choose the approved spreadsheet and destination sheet.
3. Map each form field to the required column; use stable field names, not position alone.
4. Submit non-sensitive test data and verify one correct row, dates, headers, and duplicate behaviour.
