Use Responses to review submitted form results and Files to review submitted files. Both areas can contain personal, confidential, and payment-related data.

Safe operating rules

• Search, filter, and inspect only the data needed for the task.
• Do not copy submissions or files into documentation or chat.
• Delete a submission or file only when you have confirmed it is no longer needed and your permissions allow the action.
• Download files only when authorized and store them only in approved locations.
• Treat IP addresses, user agents, referrers, and UTM values as potentially sensitive data too.
