Understand Open resources

The Open area can list more than forms. Use the resource type that matches the task and verify plan/permission availability before attempting to configure it.

My Forms	Lists account forms, newest updates first.	Use for safe, authorized form navigation.
Calendars	Lists calendar resources used by Calendar fields and related scheduling features.	Configure only in a dedicated test resource unless approved otherwise.
Collections	Lists Big Data Collections.	Availability is plan-gated; exposing collection data in a form requires careful authorization.
Reports	Lists report resources.	Review data access before opening or sharing a report.
Brain	Lists Neural Network resources.	Use only with an approved model and test data.

Shared with me lists forms shared with you inside the company. Open a shared form only when you have permission to do so, and protect any respondent or customer information you see.
